Got to have those Casting Crowns Concert Tickets, but aren’t into camping out all night in a line of desperate listeners on the same quest? Good news, you do not have to! You could have those tickets at competitive prices without ever leaving home or standing in a single line. Read on for 5 hot pointers to get the tickets you want, (even for Sold Out artists like Casting Crowns, Third Day, Steve Curtis Chapman) at the best prices without all the hassle.

Where to Buy?

1. Secondary gathering Ticket Sellers – The best source for hot demand performance tickets are secondary gathering ticket seller’s Online web site s. Bottomline – an individual bought tickets they now need to sell. Their loss may be your HUGE GAIN. They sell them via a secondary gathering Ticket Seller’s Online web site.

While there are gads of seller web sites cropping up – beware to choose your ticket seller web site carefully.

**From my 5 preferreds (see link below) you may expect:

- Huge selection (one website alone carries over 1 million tickets in inventory to get togethers globally )

- Consistent pricing structure (the playing field is the same for all ticket sales on their web site, un like eBay where the multitude of sellers call the shots)

- Multiple payment choices

- Reliable delivery guarantees – Even though you’re buying tickets that are being resold, you have the comfort of knowing that the sale is managed by a reputable company.

2. Ticket Sales website Wishlist – Some of the Secondary gathering Ticket seller websites have an Alert List or wishlist of sorts. Enter your info there and you’ll be alerted ASAP if what you’re looking for comes available. contemplate it as a free lookout service.

3. Fan websites – websites dedicated to listeners of a specific artist, sport, entertainment get together usually provide a forum (electronic bulletin board) where listeners could post. If another fan has tickets they cannot use, they use this a Venue to try to sell them. Keep in mind you’ll be dealing directly with the seller.

4. Pre-sales – Internet searches will give you info on pre-sales and the passwords necessitated to take advantage of the discounted prices they offer. Keep in mind the cost of the passwords adds to the overall cost of your tickets. Some pre-sale passwords can be acquired for free, others have stipulations that avoid you from being privy to the pre-sale even *with• the password. Always check out the details before paying for a pre-sale password.

5. Youth Pastors – Assuming that the gathering is one that high school or college age Christian youth would be drawn to – check with Local youth pastors. They generally buy tickets in bulk to shows or sports get togethers at group discount prices to make available to their students for a group outing. It is not uncommon for them to have extras that they simply want to get their resources back on and will try to sell at the gathering door for face value. If you contact them beforehand, you’ll have 1st shot at them and scoop them up for sweet prices.

Have you ever seen a performer, singer, performer, or preferred sports gathering on TV and you just really enjoyed it? Heard an artist on the radio, and you were wanting to hear more? I was that way when I first heard Jennifer Nettles the performer Sugarland. Jennifer’s dynamic voice and the vibe of the music and performer just clicked with me.

It seems that everybody has a favorite singer, artist, sports team, or artist that they really enjoy. When the time comes that you want to see an get together where they’re playing or performing live, where do you go to get tickets? Well, these days, it’s so easy to get things Web, that it does not make a whole lot of sense to travel to a box office far from your home, to try and get tickets for an event. It’s much, much easier to turn on a computer, get on the Internet, and find ticket suppliers that carry tickets for the get together you want to attend. It may be cheaper too, with the price of gas these days!

Of course as with so many other things On-line, there are many scam musicians out there, and plenty of On-line ticket dealers that may not be exactly what they seem. It’s important to know the ones to deal with, and the ones to avoid.

I am an avid concert goer, and have seen a lot of, a lot of live shows over the years. I have even performed myself as a singer and artist in a lot of concert s. It would pain me to know that some unscrupulous ticket dealer cheated people trying to buy tickets to a concert of mine. Consequently, I have done the research over the years, and found what I think about to be the Top 3 Internet ticket sources.

What you are looking for when considering buying performance or event tickets Internet is really what I call the “Big 5 Reasons to Use a Particular Internet Concert or Ticket event Supplier.”

1. Security – Their web site has a capture ordering process (No ID theft worries.)

2. Pricing – Their prices are competitive and the service provides a nice value.

3. Selection – They have a large selection of tickets for all sorts of gatherings with great seats.

4. Reliability – They have a track record showing amazing customer service. You can trust them.

5. Navigation – Their web site is freely accessible, simple to use, and the ordering process is intuitive.

In my opinion, there are three website sources for performance and event tickets in specific that go above and beyond the call. These sources are TicketsAt this point, PurchaseTix, and RazorGator. I have assembled even more info while searching for Sugarland performance tickets, that applies to everyone searching for On-line tickets to any performance or major event.

Hey, wanna buy some tickets?

Are you tired of missing out on tickets for your favorite band? If you’re like the majority audiences, you have been forced to purchase high-priced tickets on eBay or from Web ticket brokers because the performance you wanted to see sold out before you may get tickets.

Take heart! That is all about to change. I am going to let you in on some information that may literally take you to the front of the line the next time you want to buy performance tickets!

But before I do, I need to make sure we are alone.

Why all the secrecy you ask?

It’s easy. I’m about to divulge the profoundly same information that the ticket sellers on eBay use to buy their concert and sports tickets for face benefit all over the country. I’m about to tell you little-known information that will take you from customer to competitor. In short, I would be in serious trouble Assuming that they found out I has been practically giving away the store.

Think about it this way. If you had a hidden gravy train that let you purchase tickets for as little as $35 each and then sell them later for 200-300 percent profit, wouldn’t you be pretty ticked off if an individual related the whole world about it?

And how do I know about this valuable information?

easy, I have been using it to buy and sell performance and sports tickets for everything from WWE wrestling shows to Kenny Chesney to Beck to U2. This proven information has been refined and developed over the years to make individuals a lot of resources. I know it may do the same thing for you, too.

While this could all sound like typical marketing hype, I could assure you it’s absolutely true. Concert promoters, radio stations, fan venue s, booster venue s, and other groups sponsor ticket presales or special promotions for their members. The sales typically occur Internet a few days or weeks before the tickets go on sale to the general public.

These special advance ticket sales are provide ed as either an incentive to join in the case of a fan club or radio station mailing list, or as a perk for a loyal group of audiences like season ticket holders of an NFL team.

Passwords may be distributed by the Venue, artist, team, fan club, promoter, radio station, etc. Whoever is sponsoring the presale will handle the distribution of it. During the presale, a portion of tickets is made available to this select group of people so they might purchase tickets before anybody at all else has a chance. As you might see, this gives them a large advantage over the general public. Indeed, the group sponsoring the presale only wants members of the intended group to purchase tickets during the presale. So in an resolution to limit the presale, these special sales are, in essence, password protected.

In the past, virtually all presale passwords were a easy word, and anybody who knew this word may purchase tickets. These were considered generic passwords.Recently, in an quest to further limit who may use presale passwords, some groups have begin to utilize unique passwords. A unique password, as the name implies, is specific to each buyer, and may not be used for multiple purchases. Once the password has been used to purchase tickets, it is no longer valid. Unique passwords are used again and again by sports teams for season-ticket holder presales or by fan venues of the more popular musical groups and artists. Due to the additional specifications necessary for unique ticket presales, the majority of the passwords you find on the Web are generic passwords, but you need to be aware of the kind of password you receive.

Generic passwords are unusually regularly used during radio station presales or presales sponsored by performance promoters or Clubs. Traditionally most passwords have been generic, but more and more musicians are employing unique passwords to thwart ticket scalping. Keep this in mind on your quest for a password. I would hate for you to think the password you scored for your preferred band was generic when in fact it has been unique. Here are a few things to keep in mind.

• Presales are often sold from a specified block of seats or a certain price level.

• An party could have more than one presale with its own password selling tickets from the same or varying ticket pools.

• The tickets available during the presale won’t necessarily be the same sections that will be available during the general sale to the public.

• Presales offer the advantage of exclusive purchasing links which a lot of the time results in less people competing for the pool of available seats.

• Presales might have limited seating available in numerous areas. Since presales are intended as advance buying opportunities, they do not always offer access to better seats. In fact, it is possible that better tickets may be available when the tickets go on sale to the general public, but there will likewise be more competition for those tickets.

• Presales generally have stringent purchase limits that restrict purchasers to 4 or fewer tickets each.

• Presales can be restricted to “will call” only.

• Presales might require you to purchase with a certain credit card or other form of payment, ex American Express.

• A presale might require an additional fee to join the performers fan venue.

Hopefully I’ve shown you the worth of presale passwords and how they might endorse you score tickets to your favorite band. With this information, and a little time and endeavor you, like me, might skip to the head of the line the next time you want to buy performance tickets.

Stay tuned for part two of this lead to learn more specific tips for locating and using presale passwords. Until then, I’llbe seeing you on the “inside!”

With the escalating progression of music technology in the last decade, mainland CD stores are continuing to decline in popularity, as the trendy demand for digital music downloads continues to crush them further into the archives of history. Claiming more than half of the globes music purchasing listeners, Digital Music Distribution is the predominant method of music marketing the world provides us today.

More and more musicians are appearing on the scene with highly polished albums, mostly produced entirely under their own steam. They have become source ful singular empires, holding sole rights and authenticity as unconstrained producers and marketing agents of their own products. These musicians are ready to take the world by storm by hooking themselves up with one of the a lot of distribution organizations currently available.

But as an independent performer, what are you really signing up to in a distribution deal?

a lot of digital distributors provide artists the chance to have their music available on a lot of of the popular and esteemed music selling outfits; Apple iTunes being one of the the majority popular playgrounds for current music consumers. But whilst they could promise to get your music on the right path, how is it going to be found amongst the billion other artists competing for sales? Consider that the majority central stream artists have a lot of more dollars poured into their advertising and marketing individual a’s than the unsigned artist could ever afford. Major acts are funded by major pockets ensuring the perfect chance of sales.

One answer to this is that many unsigned artists feel that by simply having their music made available alongside mainstream artists is a boost to their credibility, affording them and their music a much higher distinction. It is certain that a nice deal can grant your music a triumphant victory if you manage to populate vintage music selling website s. Your only subsequent aim is to actually make sales on them. Otherwise what’s the purpose after all?

Deals, terms and conditions vary from business to business, so it is benefit looking around and researching which type of distribution method is right for you. There are many worthy deals, and could just as many scams, circulating the information highway.

If you’re thinking of accepting a distribution deal, before signing the dotted line it’s necessary to ask questions such as:

• Does the deal include any publicity or promotional perks to the artist?

• Are there any payments I must make, statutory, collective or alternatively?

• What percentage of royalties will I receive, and how are payments handled?

• can I be offer d with an estimation of how profitable your distributive methods are?

• What are my rights in terminating the contract?

• Am I solely responsible for tax declarations on my net income?

Other things you must check before signing are the ‘exclusivity’ terms. These may greatly inhibit your freedom. Does a deal involve licensing your music digitally (via prefer red On-line formats) or does the deal also include physical sales? Some are highly exclusive in nature whilst others give you rights to proceed with marketing your music via other channels.

Bear in mind that many reputable and authorised distributors, such as CD Baby for one, will not allow an artist to exploit other distribution channels, as the two parties run the risk of putting your music on the exact same website s. A hassle major stores and distributors may do without, and an understandable clause too.

You must read the terms of an agreement in full. It is absolutely essential that you fully understand what’s expected from you as well as what’s being offer ed!

Here is a cautionary example:

A music distribution website currently provides a deal for both digital and physical music sales, (the terms of agreement are publicly available for download on the website ).

The web site appears to charge $99.99 as a one off payment. Upon checking their terms of agreement however, it states:

“After one year of promotion, all of us may archive, remove and/or su invest your Works from the Service in the absence of terminating this Agreement.”

What then If the agreement is still in place but your work is no longer made available on their web site?

“You could pay an annual fee, which is to be determined, to insure that your Materials are not archived, but displayed and provide ed for sale following the first year of Service.”

So if you refuse to pay this annual fee, the website still holds all rights to license and sell your music as expressed in the agreement you already signed!

This isn’t necessarily wrong but is it what you want? Always check the small print and read any agreement thoroughly. As a general rule be wary of web sites that ask you to pay for distributing your music. On the basis that a web site’s marketing strategies were fruitful, and they believed that your music is wonderful enough to reap a profit, why would they be asking you to pay them in advance? Suffice to say that not all web sites that request payment from an performer deliver an unsatisfactory service. Speak to other performers whose music is being distributed and see how the deal is working for them. If something does not sound quite right in any deal, double check with the distributor. If you still receive an insufficient response, you might always seek a legal opinion. But if you’re really in doubt, perhaps you’re better off without !

If you’re marketing your music through a label they ought to be sufficiently taking care of your interests. A reputable label with ensure that all terms in a distribution performance ting are evident and fair to all gatherings involved. Being part of an honest label is usually a nice way to relieve yourself from some of the finer pressures attached to direct schemes. They will of course additionally expect a cut of the profits but will usually have a nice degree of interest in maintaining their personal performers’ affairs in an appropriate manner. Assuming that the musician is happy the label thrives upon its nice reputation, and its integrity towards its performers.

Despite the odds, sales margins have stimulated for thousands of unsigned musicians, simply because of the greater variety of marketing mediums available. You might not only market your music yourself, but allow others to do it for you. The more places your music is available the higher your opportunitys are of achieving sales. But as with any enterprise, money and prof it’s the primary goal, and as a result you ought to proceed with caution before handing your personal work over to anyone.

There are many reputable distributors, who promise to do the job and actually deliver what they stated. But, as with everything in life, there are those that you would rather not be involved with. So research as many as possible, and ask as many questions as you see fit. After all, a year is a long time to get stuck in a deal you later realised doesn’t quite work for you! Not only would a bad deal cause you much frustration in its limitations, but could furthermore undermine your confidence in participating in future marketing opportunities.

Concert promotion is an integral part of the music business. Concert promoters are the people that get the performers scheduled to perform at a Venue. Concert promotion isn’t to be taken lightly or entered into without sufficient backing in terms of finances and experience. Some people dream all their lives about putting on a exceptional get together featuring top skill. Concert promotion is a demanding career that requires meaningful attention to detail. In order to be an effective and successful concert promoter, a high level of organization is vital.

Concert promotions are typically a 5 percent net margin business. Not exactly a sexy bottom line. Concert promotion is a risky and low-margin business. In Q2 07 — traditionally, the spring and summer are the strongest for the concert business — Live Nation squeaked out operating income of $36 million on sales of $1 billion. Concert promotion is a unusually ugly business. Everybody seems to jump on the promoter for everything.

The final individuals who catch the heat are the performers, although many times the problems surfacing at a scheduled concert can be laid at their feet. But the bottom line is there would be no concert in the absence of the performers. So what’s the opening that the performers are going to be held responsible. Now while it wasn’t a concert per se, the show during the infamous super bowl half time show by Janet Jackson when there has been the costume problem, the crap that flew because of that has been laid at the feet of the artists. I personal ly think it did nothing but improve Miss Jackson’s appeal and give her career a little kick in the pants.

Whichever way you look at it, budding young concert promoter hopefuls are going to have a tough time breaking into the ample time. But there is plenty of opening for a young aggressive business type to work on a Local level and hone his or her skill. It’s a fact that people love music. And music of all types. As proof of that I provide up the fact that in our Local area, every year there is a ample Accordion festival. Yes I said, Accordion. And it draws scores of fans. And I am not talking about 40 fans sitting on a couple of benches. people come from all over the country to perform at the concert. And on top of that, music buffs from all over the country travel here to attend the festival. Go figure. Next time you see an individual eating a bratwurst……who knows, they can be a ample accordion fan.

Concert Promotions is a fascinating business and has a seemingly magical lure to a lot of people, but it’s a extraordinarily tough road to travel. There are a lot of other jobs or careers that offer better chances of success, but the cachet connected with the music business is just too strong for a lot of to resist.

In this article we’re going to briefly review one of the the majority touching shows that was ever held for another individual, The Concert For George.

There are uncommonly few individuals in history who you could mention their first name, say the word performance and know exactly who that performance was for. The Concert For George was one of those performance s. George of course being the late George Harrison of the Beatles.

George Harrison died of brain cancer on November 29, 2001. One year later the memorial concert for this amazing musician was held at the Royal Albert Hall in London. It is only fitting that this was the place as Harrison was 100 percent English from the top of his head to the suggestions of his magical guitar fingers. A lot of feel he was the overlooked Beatle. Everything was about John and Paul. But most critics feel that George Harrison was the heart and soul of the Beatle’s guitar sound which has since be copied by so many musicians.

The idea for the performance was George’s good friend Eric Clapton’s. Clapton and Harrison had actually been friends for a long time and first played together on the White Album. The song, of course, was “While My Guitar Gently Weeps.” Clapton put together a memorial that Harrison himself would have smiled at.

The performance began with the daughter of one of Harrison’s excellent friends, Ravi Shankar, singing “Your Eyes.” After this song the daughter, who’s name is Anoushka, teamed with another one of Harrison’s friends, Jeff Lynne of ELO fame, to sing “The Inner Light” which has been one of George Harrison’s own tunes.

The concert itself was a mixture of music and comedy, which is considerably unusual for a concert. The comedy was handled mostly by the ensemble of Monty Python who, along with Tom Hanks, performed “Sit On My Face” and “The Lumberjack Song” which was one of Monty Python’s funniest and most famous tunes.

The rest of the concert featured more of George’s friends and the remaining members of the Beatles, Paul and Ringo. also there were Tom Petty, Billy Preston, and Gary Brooker from Procal Harem. George’s son Dhani was also on hand. If you watch the video of the concert you would swear that Dhani was George Harrison if you didn’t know better.

The remainder of the performance featured mostly tunes that were either done by The Beatles or tunes that George had done solo or with other performers such as when he has been with Tom Petty during his stint with The Traveling Willburys.

The songs are a who’s who of some of the most important tunes these individuals ever did together or separately. They included such classics as George’s signature song “Something,” the Beatles’ like “Is not It A Pity,” “Here Comes The Sun,” a Ringo tune that George played on, “Photograph,” “All Things Must Pass,” “My Sweet Lord,” and finishing with “I’llSee You In My Dreams,” which has been an appropriate ending for the performance.

The Excitement of Attending a Concert

Are you one of those individuals that get excited about going to concert s? It is always spine tingling to see a band you prefer live and in individual. Occasionally though it isn’t simple to get tickets, a lot of performances sell out in a matter of hours. Most individuals give up and do not even attempt to get tickets; they figure it is nearly impossible. There are alternatives to getting tickets when tickets go on sale or a show is sold out.

There are many web sites that offer tickets to sold out events around the world; but many of them are not gain or legitimate. If you’re an avid performance goer you might want to sign up to receive monthly newsletters. Newsletters are the easiest way to stay informed on performance and tour announcements.

Hearing Neil Again

I heard about the Neil Diamond concert coming to Charlotte on December 12. I became excited and tried to buy tickets. After several hours on the Web, I realized this was going to be a treat reserved for those who may afford to pay the scavenger’s exorbitant prices for the tickets. Not that Neil is not benefit it, I just can’t afford it. Accordingly, my moodiness tonight. I want to hear Neil in individual one final time, and can’t.

Loving Neil has been a lifetime joy of mine. He captured my heart in the 60’s with “Cherry, Cherry” and later with “Song Sung Blue” and “Stones”, and many others. I saw him in concert in Charlotte in 1977. After the concert, I drove behind the coliseum, saw a bus, thought it was his and chased it all over Charlotte at high rates of speed until I lost track and was forced to go home. I honestly thought I would follow this bus to it is destination upon which Neil would depart and walk into my arms to stay forever. I was 29 years old then.

I’m 61 now, and still have that fantasy…someday I will take Neil into my arms and convey my absolute appreciation of his skill and sensitivity. His tunes guided me through years of self-discovery, new motherhood, loss of love, and finally rediscovering myself. Regardless of my mood, Neil’s music can take me there. I nursed my babies in the wee hours of the morning to the sound of Neil, I loved my husband in the wee hours with the echoes of Neil’s music in my head, I endured my boring jobs with the beat of Neil’s music in my limbs yearning to dance, to express, to feel his words with motion. Neil always had a song that would relate to whatever was going on with my life. I need to let him know it. I need to go to this concert. It will probably be by final occasion.

The performance is a big deal to me. It is probably a big deal to Neil. We’re both getting older, both needing to justify our years, both needing to be appreciated, both needing to feel that we’ll be recall ed. He will be recall ed for his skill, but will I be recall ed as the the dedicated, lifelong fan?

If you’ve been to a performance ever, you know that the memories will be with you for a long time to come; the atmosphere, side shows, beautiful people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. Not to mention the kaleidoscope of colors and, of course, the quicken pulse that you experience when you are at a live performance. It’s al the majority surreal at times. You lose track of time, and indeed, for the majority of us, all inhibitions take leave of us.

Aside from the amazing feeling that one gets at a music concert, one additionally gets to temporarily su spend all worries and concerns that he or she might dealing with.
In case you think I’ve forgotten, a lot of relationships, romantic and non-romantic have come about after a meeting at a concert. That indeed is the magical power of concert s. people get groovy and before you know it they get bold enough to approach strangers. Then one thing leads to another. That is how it goes. For those lucky souls to score, the end of a concert doesn’t bring about the sadness which comes with it. You know the reason is they are in cloud nine. All ecstatic and smitten! Is that not a amazing thing, or what?

Now there are dos and don’ts of performance going. The dos are:

• Make sure you get your concert ticket or tickets well in wonderful time

• Make sure you get your performance ticket or tickets from a legitimate seller

• Take advantage of the convenience of purchasing from a reputable Online ticket dealer

• Last but not least dress comfortably and grab some blanket and portable chairs

The do nots are:

• Do not wait until the remarkably final day or so to get your concert ticket, or you will risk getting scalped L

• Do not be conned into purchasing your concert ticket from a shady source
